1. What time can I enter?

General admission is available during two time slots: 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM. VIP admission is available all day.

2. Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as we expect to be sold out.

3. What will I get for my ticket?

Your ticket will allow you to sample chocolates, coffees, teas, and baked goods, many of which are from around the world. You can also purchase products from the vendors, enjoy special speakers, and participate in prize drawings.

4. Can I use credit cards to purchase?

Yes, all types of payment will be accepted.

5. Where do I park in Lancaster?

There are public parking lots and a parking garage. You may also find some street parking available.

6. Is it a family-friendly event?

Yes, we do ask that children under a 16 of age be accompanied by an adult.

7. Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

8. Is the site wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.

9.  Are strollers allowed? Unfortunately, due to the narrow aisles strollers are required to be left outside the entrance.
